To date, your new company has control over 1,254 units in the Northwest, proving to be a genuine threat to the major PLC's with a flexible robust business plan and financially stable stakeholders.

Your new role

Attending and contributing to design team, engineering, pre-start, and site progress meetings as required for each development. Reviewing and checking design solutions for road and sewers, foundation, drainage, and proposed levels etc. for technical approval submissions.

Part of your role will also include coordinating remediation strategy, arranging inspections, regular site visits ensuring technical drawings are being followed and writing various reports.

To succeed you will need at least 5 years' industry experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering housing developments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be expected as well as a strong technical understanding of S38/278 roads and S104 sewage adoptions.

CAD and PDS experience, along with Excel and basic attenuation modelling is also required, depending on experience level.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary up to around £70,000. You will also be eligible for a bonus up to 15% annually and £500 per month of car allowance, which can be taken as salary. 26 days per annum holiday and 5% pension contribution.
