Your new company provide innovative solutions that are essential to combat these problems by utilising underground solutions and maximising space.

Your new role
Your new role will see you leading and building a team of 12 geotechnical and geochemical engineers. You will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the teams fast-paced projects, taking your client through the full project life cycle. Your team will cover all aspects of geotechnical and geological engineering from planning, investigation, feasibility studies to design, construction surveillance and operations and surveillance.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need in the region of 15+ years' industry experience and a highly advanced geotechnical skillset. It is imperative that you have lead design teams previously, and worked on projects up to £1m in project value.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary in line with your previous experience. This will likely range between £50,000 and £70,000. The long-term opportunity to build and grow a geotechnical team, working on a huge range if projects will advance your CV hugely. There is also an office social fund, helping to encourage an upbeat and close knit group. There is a hybrid working model in place which will allow you to work from home 2 days a week.
