Building Surveyor Role

A unique & rare opportunity to work as a Building Surveyor on some of London's most iconic and historic Church buildings.

Your role would be working out of either their north London office or in their office based in Victoria. However, you may be covering any of their sites reaching from north of the Thames all the way up to Cambridge.

Your new role:
Your role is to ensure that maintenance construction & refurbishments are managed minimising all risks. You will be predominantly working with Church buildings, Curia & the Parishes. You will be working closely with the priests who run the parishes to make sure that the vision of what the Diocese wants is completed.

What you'll need:
You must be a Chartered Surveyor (Building/Quantity Surveying) (MRICS), Chartered Builder (MCIOB), Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) or Equivalent, OR substantial Project Management/Building/Quantity surveying experience and have 5+ years PQE. You'll need a strong eye for detail and be diligent in all undertakings. A significant amount of past experience working on listed buildings is essential. Inquisitive by nature with the ability to take initiative. Working knowledge of Statutory legislation, building regulations and Town Planning legislation and administration including completion of application forms. Experience in UK construction is also a must have.

What you'll receive:
£55,000 + pension.
