Stores Supervisor role available working for a public sector organisation based in Somerset.
Your new company
As a Stores Supervisor, you will join a registered provider of housing located in the Somerset region, delivering a repair and maintenance service across 4500 homes in the region.
Your new role
You will lead and help to motivate a team of store keepers ensuring that you hold the relevant parts and materials in-line with the wider housing repairs service. You will work closely with trades staff in order to evaluate stock levels, and partner with procurement in order to ensure standards and targets are achieved.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have excellent communication, organisation and customer service experience - the ability to communicate efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders is critical, alongside the ability to work under pressure.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial contract with up to 6 months in duration, this is highly likely to extend beyond this point, and could progress into a permanent position. You will receive payment on a weekly basis, and will be entitled to annual leave as well as receive a pension contribution.
