Project Director - BTR / Mixed use residential developments

Madison Berkeley is delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable Project and Cost Management Consultancy.  Working with them to help source a Project Director with Mixed use and Build to Rent / Residential experience.  To be considered you will ideally be a chartered (MRICS) Project Manager, with residential led experience across BTR / Student / High End Residential / large scale residential developments and / or mixed use development experience. 

You will be involved in the project from RIBA stage 2 onwards, working very closely with the client and the wider team.  In return you will be given the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading developers and will be given ongoing support to continue to progress your career.  Large scale, London centric project development experience is essential.
