Leading international property consultant is looking for an Associate Director Building Surveyor to join their growing team in London taking responsibility for managing building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, renovations and maintenance works across their Public Sector framework.

MRICS you will have a broad and extensive background in Building Surveying in a variety of sectors and be well acquainted with Building Surveying techniques, have sound industry knowledge and a very detailed understanding of procurement strategies including tendering and contracts and a clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
