Project Manager

Your new company
A vibrant and fast growing business who run a range of fit out projects from residential, retail and education across the Midlands and wider UK. The company is due to grow by double in turnover in the next 12 months, having signed an education development contract with a large provider.

Your new role
As a Project Manager you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and Directors to run projects predominantly across Education, Office Fit-Out & Retail. You will be monitoring the project progress against budget, plans and plan of works and understand the planning steps to take a site from acquisition, through early set-out stage, the build and project close out.
You will be based at the Leicester office but will be visiting sites regularly and holding site meetings to keep up with the progress.

What you'll need to succeed
As a Project Manager you will have experience of running construction projects ideally across fit-out, retail and education sectors. You will understand the full process from early contact and tendering through to hand over, being able to spot where issues may arise and fix them to keep the projects running on time and budget. You will be an excellent communicator and work equally well on your own initiative or in a group.
