Commercial Manager, Tier 1 Contractor, Across the South West, Based on the M4 Corridor


Your new company
Established in the late 1800's this privately owned tier 1 contractor are about to embark on numerous projects throughout the South West. The company provide construction, residential development and property services throughout the UK. The company employ around 4000 people and have a 1.5 billion + turnover.

Your new role
Your new role will be as commercial manager to oversee the commercial business throughout the South West, the projects will be in the region of 100million + with residential and commercial projects within the pipeline. The role will be reporting directly into a commercial director and having 20+ reports in to the individual.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have an expectational commercial history ideally working within the tier 1 construction world. You will have to travel along the M4 and to head office in London on occasion. The ability to manage people and deliver large scale projects.
