Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a maintenance surveyor to work with a housing association in Manchester.

Your new company
A housing association providing housing stock across Greater Manchester. They are currently growing their repairs and maintenance team and are looking for a building surveyor to be a part of this team. They are a registered provider and have a housing stock of over 1300 homes.

Your new role
In this role you will be delivering planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance surveys across the housing stock. You will be liaising directly with tenants, responding to issues and delivering pre and post inspections of the housing stock. You will then deliver reports on the back of your surveys and report to your manager.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced building surveyor, having worked for housing association or local authority delivering planned and reactive maintenance across residential properties. You will be a great communicator with a "can do" attitude and ready to work in a fast paced environment.
