Leading construction consultancy are seeking a passionate and focused Senior or Associate Level Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in an established team across varied sectors to include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, and commercial. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.

Your role will include hands on delivery of building surveying services with bias to project work; leading projects and often co-ordinating the in house multi discipline design services; client management and development; supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team and technical reviews to manage the quality of their services.
