Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be supporting the Commercial and Project Teams with the project costings, Estimating, Tenders, Final Accounts, Take-Offs, all related duties. You will be supporting the projects from initial consultation to completion and use your experience to bring the project in on budget and time.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified to a degree or HND level in Quantity Surveying or Estimating, you will have worked as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator for a Contractor, Subcontractor or House Builder with knowledge and experience of all major stages of project development from tendering projects to final accounts. You will be ambitious and driven as this client offers excellent development prospects.
