Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for Commercial New Build development in Denbighshire


Hays Construction are delighted to be working alongside this large Contractor in recruiting a Senior QS to join their Commercial team on this new build project

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be joining their Commercial team, working in conjunction with the Operations team to deliver this project. This is a large, new build commercial project in Denbighshire, North Wales, and is an excellent opportunity to join this well-known Contractor

Typical duties will include:

• Managing two stage tender stages for subcontractors
• Procuring packages of work, and awarding subcontractor agreements
• Producing CVR's and cash flow analysis
• Measurements and variations
• Valuations and payments
• Procurement

To be successful in your application, you must have demonstrable experience working as a SQS for a Main Contractor, and you must possess the ability to work on large, £multimillion projects
