Senior Site Manager required for Commercial New Build development in Welshpool, Powys


Hays Construction are delighted to be working alongside this highly experienced Contractor in supporting them to recruit for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team

Working on a Commercial New Build development in Welshpool, you'll be joining an experienced and commercially driven project team, who have the highest standards of quality, and project delivery

Reporting into the site Project Manager, your typical day-to-day duties will include:

• Driving site productivity
• Management of subcontractors
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, and finishing
• Supporting the Commercial team with procurement, costs and budgeting
• Co-ordination of labour
• Management of site programme
• Problem solving and decision making
• RAMS

You must be a proven team leader, with exceptional motivational, management, and leadership skills. You must have experience of managing £multi-million projects previously, and have experience as working as a No.1 / Senior Site Manager previously for a Main Contractor

Typical Site Management qualifications of SMSTS, 1st Aid & CSCS are required
