Site Manager for Anglesey! 10 month Temporary role constructing new build apartments on site

A leading family owned Regional Construction Contractor who specialise in projects for Local Authorities, Residential, Commercial and Industrial customers in both the public and private sectors.

Your new role
In this freelance position, you will be working in the beautiful surroundings of Anglesey constructing new build timber frame apartments.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Site Manager for this site, you will be responsible for the start and finish of this project, which is worth £1 million. The site requires a demolition of existing building, and to be replaced with new build, affordable apartments.

Key duties will include site set up, management of sub-contractors, site inductions, tool-box talks as well as ensuring the project runs on time and within budget. You will be working closely with, and reporting into a Project Manager for the site.

What you'll get in return
Hourly rate is negotiable and competitive depending on experience
