A Family run business who specialise in interior refurbishments, drylining and fit out projects ranging across multiple sectors from commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, residential and retail. Due to growth and amount of new projects they require support in their operations teams.
Your new role
As a Site Supervisor you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will be typically working on the projects costing up to £1m across multiple sectors in the East Midlands region. As a Site supervisor you will be expected to use your experience to run all aspects of the project from materials coordination, staff leadership, subcontractor liaison, budget management, stakeholder liaison and completing the project on time and to the highest possible quality. The first project will be based out of Spalding Lincolnshire for 18 weeks and you will be able to get to site each day.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Site Supervisor you will have 3+ years experience of working on interior fit-out projects especially with drywall and ceilings. You will have lead teams of subcontractors/trades and have experience taking projects from inception to completion.
You will have an in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
