Your new company
An established East Midlands Main Contractor are seeking a permanent Project Manager to join their Operational Management team. The company have secured a strong pipeline of work ranging across competitive tender and framework projects. Owing to their success in securing work they are looking to ensure their team is suitably resourced.

Your new role
As the Project Manager you will report into the Construction Manager and MD. You will be the number 1 on the project and will have extensive commercial new build experience. You will be responsible for the overall progress of the project against the programme of works. You will need to monitor the quality of the work being produced alongside the Site Management team. You will provide operational assistance to the Site Manager when required and keep a close eye on commercial performance to be able to provide necessary information to the Surveying team. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, the role will require continued client liaison.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have a strong permanent background as the Number 1 Project Manager on site. You will have have experience in Education, Multi-room, Healthcare, Extra Care projects valued between £5m and £12m. You will hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Qualifications.
