Hays are delighted to be working with this highly reputable, leading, 'Top 20' property and construction consultancy to recruit for their Cambridge office. They are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Management team. This client has an incredible varied portfolio of high profile projects. Your new role
As the new M&E Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all areas of Cost Management, including budget estimates/cost plans, bills of quantities, tendering, valuations, final accounts, effective variation control and client liaison including presentations.

You will be joining the lovely Cambridge team who have strong plans for growth over the next year, but you will also be joining the Epping and London network of M&E Surveyors within this consultancy.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will ideally be, MRICS or equivalent, or working towards. You will have the ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with clients, members of the design team, other professionals in the industry. You will also have Cost Management experience and a pro-active, professional, self-motivated attitude to work.

Most importantly you will have an interest in pursuing Mechanical and Electrical Surveying.
