Our client is a large main contractor, with an excellent reputation in the industrial sector, with many flagship clients.
They start a new project on 18th July at Silverstone - a new build industrial unit for a well know client.

Your new role
This is a Site Manager / Site Foreman role, reporting to a Project Manager.
You will be part of this site team from day 1 of the project through to final handover.
This is a rare freelance role, genuinely from start to finish of this major project - 1 years work.
You will be responsible for overseeing sub contractors, health and safety and the programme of works.
Tool box talks, inductions.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong background in Main Contracting, from the commercial or industrial sector.
Work as a number 1 site manager, or experience as a foreman as part of a management team.
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Trade background preferred
