Your new company
A well established large housing association based in West Bromwich with stock across the West Midlands is currently seeking an experienced senior Estimator to join their development team for this exciting and challenging opportunity.

Your new role
As Estimating Manager the post holder will report directly to the Commercial Director and take full responsibility for all estimating functions in the organisation. The projects within the post holders remit will be varied in type and value covering, residential, extra care and care home sectors, and falling within the £1M-£50M value bracket.

What you'll need to succeed

• HNC or relevant degree
• Membership of CSCS scheme
• Ideally: Membership of relevant chartered organisation
• Proven estimating management experience within the residential development sector
• Proven people management skills and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams
• Excellent core estimating skills
• Experience of partnering relationships
• Proven negotiating skills
