Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A well-established Contractor are looking to grow their commercial team within the East Midlands region based out of their office in Leicestershire.

Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Commercial Director and supporting the commercial team with their large Commercial projects.
Your duties will include; preparing budget estimates, cost planning and tendering procedures and contract arrangements.
You may have site visits (whole of UK) to review the projects, perform take offs and understand more about project requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working within the Construction industry ideally for a main contractor or sub-contractor.
You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, proven experience of working in a team or on your own, excellent communication skills and a strong passion for Quantity Surveying with positivity and drive to achieve excellence.
