Award Winning Main Contractor Seeks Site Supervisors to join their team. Based in Glasgow.

Our client are an award winning main contractor with a long history of delivering high profile and complex projects in Scotland and the wider UK. They have just secured one of their largest projects to date ( 30Million) and are seeking to appoint a site supervisor to join their team and support their Senior Site Manager and Project Manager on the project.
Your new role
This is a fantastic role for an up and coming construction professional to develop their experience on a busy and high profile project. You will be reporting to an experienced Senior Site Manager and take control of a section of package of works such as internal trades.
You will be based out onsite interacting regularly with your team of subcontractors ensuring all of the work is progressing in line with plans and programme. You will also ensure work is being conducted in line with health and safety regulations etc.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit an ambitious qualified tradesperson who is seeking to progress their career into site management or supervision. You may be working for a subcontractor and have experience of leading teams of tradespeople onsite but would really like to test yourself and develop your experience within a main contracting business. You will have a good understanding of construction especially fitout ( trade background ideally joinery) and have in built leadership potential.
Our client will also consider candidates already working as a site supervisor who wish to expand their experience onto large projects with a larger more well resourced main contractor.
