Valuation/ L&T Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a Valuation/ L&T surveyor working with a Stockport based consultancy.

This is a Stockport based consultancy looking after commercial sector clients, offering Valuations, L&T and agency services. You would be working as part of a team of 22 and focusing on local business. They are based in a business park so plenty of parking spaces for you but they are also close by to the centre of Stockport.

Your new role
In this role you will be delivering valuation of commercial properties, generally offices and retail parks. You will then liaise closely with landlords and tenants, delivering rent reviews, lease renewals. This is a client facing role where you will build working relationships and help to grow the business further.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered commercial property surveyor, with previous experience delivering either valuations or L&T services. You will need to have commercial sector experience, great communication skills and wanting to help grow a business further in a sustainable manner.
