Your new role
Your role will be customer service representative working on the sales and marketing team. Your role is to engage with existing clients of the company and update with them to see if they require further material or assistance from you company. The below experience will be required for this role;
- Customer service experience
- Experience in soft sales or B2B
- Friendly personality
- Ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of the construction industry (not essential)
- Positive work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills.
