Site Manager - Main Contractor - New build industrial units - Kent, Permanent Role, £Competitive

Your new company
A Kent based main contractor working across London and the South now seek an experienced Site manager for one of several upcoming schemes. Working on both new build & Refurbishment schemes projects are typically Steel frame construction and can include retail units, school extensions distribution centres, offices etc. Values up to £15 million, typical project duration around 9 months. Following a very successful few years the business is now expanding and as such have multiple new projects starting in the next few months.

Your new role
As site Manager you will work closely with the site based project manager overseeing day to day operations. You will be out on site overseeing the subcontractors, ensuring health and safety, ensuring quality control, reporting on progress and generally looking after the companies best interests. You will be site based working in a technical team of 4.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager with experience of new build commercial schemes, ideally with a main contractor. You will be comfortable working on fast paced £10 mill construction sites and be looking for a permanent role, you will have valid 1st aid, CSCS and SMSTS tickets
