Your new company
A Kent based housebuilder focussed on the high end market now seeks an experienced site manager to initially oversee an new scheme in the West Kent area. With a strong orderbook and excellent finances they pride themselves on quality of the units they deliver, Sites are typically in the 10 - 50 unit range, detached timber frame or traditional build 4 and 5 bed houses. With several new projects starting an opportunity has arisen to join the stable Construction team overseeing a new 25 unit timber frame scheme near Tunbridge wells.

Your new role
As senior site manager you will be number 1 on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager, You will on site from very early stages overseeing site set up, groundworks etc through to eventual handover. You will be responsible for all day to day management duties on site including sub contract management, health and safety, progress reports, site diary, client liaison, troubleshooting and management of the site team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager with clear experience of managing similar schemes - mid to high end residential projects, You will have timber frame experience and have a good eye for detail and quality. You will be comfortable dealing with private clients and be looking for a long term permanent role.
