Permanent opportunity for Senior PQS to work for Preston based consultancy on exciting new build projects

You will be working for an award winning multidisciplinary consultancy based in Preston that has a fantastic reputation for offering expert advise across all building sectors.

Your new role
You will be working on a variety of exciting new build, extension and refurb projects in the leisure sector. You will be responsible for managing a wide variety of schemes throughout their life cycle, offering support and input as appropriate. You will undertake a range of roles as requested by the client such as Contracts Administrator, Employers Agent, Cost Consultancy Services. You will be responsible for the preparation of cost estimates and cost plans, the preparation of tender documentation, schedule of works and Employers Requirements, the preparation and agreement of interim valuations / final accounts with contractors


What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be MRICS however this isn't essential
You will have a minimum of 4 years post graduate PQS experience and will be able to provide a cv demonstrating relevant experience
