You will work for a not for profit organisation based in Nottinghamshire.

Your new role
You will work as a Principal Estates Manager working with both land and commercial properties. You will work with the acquisitions and developments of land and buildings, as well as managing a professional team of property experts. You will manage rent reviews and lease renewals as well as driving the business forward.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have property management experience, and have experience in land and development. You will ideally be MRICS qualified or equivalent as well having strategic management experience.
