Grounds Maintenance Operative - Birmingham - 6 month contract

You will be joining a well-established social housing organisation that is based all over the Midlands. With the reputation this company has, it is a great addition to your CV as well as a great opportunity to build on existing skills. This will be a 12 month placement on a full time basis.

Your new role
Your new role will encompass all aspects relating to grounds maintenance. You will be responsible for general grounds maintenance work on the estates including shrub and hedge cutting, grass cutting, litter picking, strimming etc.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar position would be an advantage, in particular the use of hand held petrol equipment and the use of ride on mowers. You will be required to understand health and safety compliance as well as having general grounds knowledge.
A driving licence would also be an advantage.
