Maintenance Planner - Birmingham - £16ph - 12 month contract

You will be joining a well-established social housing organisation that is based all over the Midlands. With the reputation this company has, it is a great addition to your CV as well as a great opportunity to build on existing skills. This will be a 12 month placement on a full time basis.
Your new role
Your new role will encompass all aspects relating to the raising, appointing and completion of all work orders required to fulfil maintenance obligations. Using a dynamic resource scheduling software, and a contractor portal, you will be required to appoint and raise works internally and to contractors/suppliers supporting the maintenance operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar position would be an advantage, in particular the use of dynamic resource scheduling software (DRS) and housing maintenance management systems.
A basic DBS will be required, we can apply for one on your behalf if you do not have an existing one.
