Senior Quantity Surveyor

This UK based consultancy has a role within their Cost Management department for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of high profile schemes.
MRICS you must have solid experience within the residential & commercial sectors; the ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with members of the design team; the ability to challenge designs and suggest sustainable alternative economic design solutions, and communicate with design team; and a robust and strong attitude to negotiations with contractors.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on landmark projects for a leading consultancy.
