Job Details
Solution is looking to source the skills of a talented and well-connected Senior Construction Managers and Projects Manager on behalf of this award winning medium sized fit out main contractor within the city of London.
As a fit-out specialist you will be tasked with taking the reins and coordinating CAT A and CAT B commercial Interior projects up to £20m in value on behalf of corporate / high demanding clients.
With ambitious plans afoot there is a genuine opportunity for you to move up the food chain into an operations capacity within this well-structured business.
You will demonstrate a strong long-term Fit Out delivery background gained with experience of managing key end user accounts and running singular or multiple projects concurrently for recognised / leading fit Out Contractors. Ideally qualified to Bsc hons degree level , you will be conversate with ASTA planning software , confident in fronting clients with a detailed career history of success & loyalty.
Our client are 1st payers and willing to tailor renumeration packages to secure the industries best fit out players.
