Job Details
This Tier 1 International main contractor with an annual turn over of circa £1BN is seeking to source a Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of a new complex 200,000 sq ft commercial office extension in the heart of Victoria with a build valued at £70m.
They are looking for somebody with the potential to step up to Project Director within the 12 – 18months so this is a fantastic opportunity for those who are seeking more autonomy or have hit a class ceiling.
A strong building background gained with Top 5 main contractors or construction groups with experience of large new build commercial office projects (£50m / £70m) is essential to be considered for this role.
Our client operates under Design & Build , and JCT forms of contract across a wide variety of sectors.
Ideally qualified to BSc (hons) level you will hold at least 8 years post qualification experience with 1st class planning , technical and communication skills.
