Your new role
Your new role will include managing supported housing officers and night staff and ensuring young people are supported in a trauma informed way.
You'll have to be able to work closely with other service managers across the region and have good target management.

In return you'll receive 25 days annual leave per year with a competitive salary between £34,367-£38,608 and an interest free travel loan. Along with this you'll receive an excellent training package to ensure you're properly equipped with the skills and knowledge to build a new career.
