Site Manager

Your new company
A family run business who specialise in interior refurbishments and fit out projects ranging across multiple sectors from commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, residential and retail. Due to growth and amount of new projects they require support in their operations teams.

Your new role
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the program of works, quality assurance, health and safety, team leadership and ensuring the projects are completed on time and budget.
You will mostly be working on interior fit out projects which could include drylining, cladding systems, plastering fire safety and ceilings. You will be working across multiple sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, residential and retail.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of site management on interior projects across a range of sectors and have or be working towards: SMSTS, CSCS, Face Fit Mask certificate, PASMA, Bluebeam. You will have excellent communication skills and be driven to ensure work is done to the highest possible standard.
