Land Manager

Permanent role for a land manager to work with a house builder in the North West.

Your new company
A large house builder delivering properties across the North West. They work on sites that accommodate anywhere from 25 homes up to 120 with value up to £0.5 million.
Due to continued growth they are now looking for an additional land manger to join the team.

Your new role
In this role you will identify and procure new land opportunities that are suitable for residential development. You will be involved from initial sourcing and negotiation, through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be degree qualified in relevant field with previous experience in land acquisition ideally working with a house builder or similar environment. If you are at a senior level you will be expected to have a network of land owners and be capable of quality sites to the table.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary up to £60,000, pension contribution matched up to 7.5%, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, car allowance and hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).
