Commercial Asset Manager

Permanent opportunity for an asset manager to work with a unique portfolio across the North West.

Your new company
UK based company providing properties for a range of businesses across the UK. This role is looking after a portfolio of 1100 assets in the North based out of Manchester. This role offers flexible and hybrid working with 1 day in the office.

Your new role
Working alongside 2 other asset managers looking after lease renewals, rent reviews and a hands on transaction completion in volume. This role will require you to manage your own time and book in site visits which can be done in one day a week to work form home/ office the rest of the week. The portfolio will include a range of commercial properties, bars, restaurants, leisure facilities and industrial units.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered asset manager with previous experience dealing with high volume of transactions. In this role it is essential to have excellent communication skills and previous experience managing commercial assets.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £50,000, mileage paid at 45 pence per mile, hybrid working arrangement, secure pipeline of work - this company did not furlough or let go of anyone during lockdown, in fact they have grown from a £86 million business in 2019 to £102 million this year.
