Architect (Cultural + Heritage Projects)

Architect required for Cultural and Heritage based projects.

Your new company
Are an award winning firm who have a very strong design reputation in the Scottish market.
Working with some very high end, and wealthy clients, the projects they tend to work on are more cultural and heritage projects.

Your new role
The role is generally a very varied role in this practice. There is a lot of time spent on the design stages and client consultation, however if you were to join the business in the the next month or so, a lot of the work will be very technical. Just based on where a few projects sit on the drawing.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are a qualified Architect
Experience on cultural and heritage projects would be ideal.
You will need to be well rounded, as some of the projects will be very complex at both design and technical stages.
You will be required to speak to customers on the phone and face to face so good communication skills and a confident approach is an essential part of this role.
