Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a building surveyor to work with a land and property firm in Manchester.

Your new company
A great land and property owner across the UK with over £2.5 billion in assets and currently looking to grow their building surveying team in Manchester. The company as a whole is 300 strong and has a family, warm and caring feel to it. They are based in Salford Quays, easily accessible on public transport but also there is a great range of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy at lunch and after work.

Your new role
Working alongside the asset management and construction team, working on a portfolio based in Salford Quays, which includes, office space, retail, leisure, parking and high-rise residential properties. You will be involved in repairs, renewals and fit out work. This role will involve condition and dilapidation surveys across the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered building surveyor with experience working across a range of properties. If you are not yet chartered but partially going through your APC you may still be considered. You will be an organised individual and able to work in a fast pace environment.
