Permanent job with a company based in Manchester specialising in student accommodation.

Your new company
A student property specialist with a property assets across the UK and looking to further grow their portfolio. They have properties across Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nottingham and you could be a part of growing and developing this portfolio further. This company offers a hybrid working environment with 2 days available to work from home.

Your new role
In this role you will be project managing refurbishment projects and redevelopment. including new construction builds, acquisition fit out, and change of use. You will be working as part of a team in the Manchester office on Oxford Road looking after assets across the UK.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience project managing project and be willing to travel across the UK. Ideally you will have experience working on student accommodation or residential properties.
