Your new company
A fast growing and vibrant Construction firm who run large scale projects across commercial, leisure, residential and industrial sectors. They perform main Contractor, Fabricator and Maintenance functions for flagship projects across the UK.

Your new role
As a Commercial Manager you will be working on a range of projects which could include football stadia, civic buildings, industrial and warehouse builds throughout the UK. You will report to the Commercial Director to support the live projects are running on budget, whilst also working with new clients and developing business for future projects. You will over see financial KPIs and perform risk assessments of new and existing projects.
You will identify areas of growth and business opportunities and lead on the tendering process to bring in new clients and projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience working as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor on large scale projects, understanding of the requirements these projects need across the full lifecycle, proven experiences of winning business through tenders and bidding and an excellent level of written and verbal communication to drive and lead all levels of staff throughout the business.
You will also have a BSc or equivalent in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
