Customer experience manager

Customer service manager needed to join very reputable company in Manchester city centre.

Your new company
Hays are recruiting exclusively for a customer service manager, this role is based on the outskirts of Manchester is a permanent role for a luxurious business.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing complex queries, responding to customer accounts, via telephone, email, face to face meetings and webchat, you will process any critical orders, operate and achieve KPIs, apply to appropriate tone, ensure the customer receives excellent customer service, reply to all site reviews. You will lead the luxury customer service team, both digitally and offline, you will improve customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous customer service management experience, you will have worked for a luxury brand, you will have excellent communication skills, you will be personable friendly, you will have strong digital, online and IT skills, with excellent attention to detail and processing skills. You will lead, motivate and train the customer service team, you will be comfortable presenting to the board of directors. You will implement process reviews.
