Building Surveyor

6 month temporary contract for a building surveyor, working with a public sector organisation.

Your new company
This is a public sector organisation with property across Greater Manchester, that ranges across historical buildings, offices, libraries, schools, and mixed use properties. Their office is easily accessible
via public transport and close to high street shops and Arndale shopping centre which can be handy over your lunch breaks.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering specification, design and contract administration for the properties across Greater Manchester. You will be working in the property team, working on new development as well as refurbishment projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced building surveyor and able to deliver designs and contract administration. You will be passionate about public sector buildings and if you are looking for a long term contract this could be it.

What you'll get in return
A 6 month rolling contract that can be extended into a long term role for the right person. This organisation offers fully flexible, hybrid approach with possibility of working from home.
