Leading national developer is seeking a Project Director to work on an iconic new urban community in Belfast providing a range of Build to Rent, social and affordable apartment homes as well as a range of significant public and private amenity spaces to be included for residents and visitors.

The Project Director role is a new role within the Pre-Construction & Project Management Services team (part of the Group Delivery function) and will be responsible for leading and managing the project management function.

Through delegation to the Project Managers and their teams, this role is ultimately accountable for the delivery of key capital development schemes (both self–build & 3^rd Party build projects) including contractual, cost, design, and procurement activities. Providing project coordination and monitoring/reporting throughout the development process, from its inception to its completion.

This role reports to the Head of Pre-Construction & Project Management Services (in London) and will be a key link between Investment & Development and the Construction Team, as well as third party contractors, external consultants and clients.

This role will focus on the configuration of the project deliverables in respect of the development master programme, design scope and development budget (build cost & project margin). Leading the project activities & appointment of the 3rd party consultants & contractors.
