Your new role
The vacancy in question is a Building Surveyor role. In this role you will be required to perform such tasks as appraising existing buildings and producing technical documents that include specifications and drawing of building regulations and construction purposes. As well as these tasks you will also need to manage small Projects that alter existing buildings using direct labourers and sub contractors and get them to agree programmes and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a number of qualifications. Some of the essential qualifications are thing such as being a qualified surveyor (degree and more), be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, have a MINIMUM of 5 years experience and have technical knowledge of construction and the regulations that are part of the industry. Also experience in 3D/BIM CAD programmes is looked on preferably.

What you'll get in return
For all your hard work you will have a number of perks and packages. Your salary will be set between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
