Your new role

Your new role as a qualified Building Surveyor will sit within the corporate surveying team, reporting to the senior asset manager. You will be based at the headquarters in Stratford-Upon-Avon, managing, maintaining, and monitoring building works across the company's diverse portfolio of properties, primarily focussing on commercial property. Within this role you will be required to travel UK wide on average 2 days per week. In the role you will lead fit outs and refurbishments, organise and manage third party contractors, and ensure properties meet our business', contractual and statutory requirements.


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Building Surveyor with an MRICS membership. You will have experience in commercial property and will ideally come from a professional consulting background. You will be a strong and confident communicator and have experience of building relationships with both customers and suppliers. You will have experience of influencing and advising stakeholders on the effective management of the building fabric, fixtures, and services throughout the property lifecycle. The ideal applicant will also have experience of working with AutoCAD. The company is also open to receiving applications from ambitious applicants who are more recently qualified and looking to make the next step in their career. Due to the nature of this role, a full Driving License will be required, as a company car will be provided. In line with company policy, chosen applicants must be able to sit online testing prior to an interview being conducted.
