They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be joining a National Network with their friendly and knowledgeable team.

Your new role
As M&E QS you will be offering full cost management services on building projects across East Anglia. The projects are exciting, complex, and innovative with tangible impact on the world weather it is providing state of the art, education, research, facilities, or improvement to cities infrastructures.
On your new role you will be joining a regional team of experts where you can contribute with your experience and knowledge for the project's delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a self-motivated individual, preferably with consultancy or client organisation background. Larger construction or contracting will be considered. Proven experience in providing full spectrum of cost management services including pre-contract estimating, procurement, contract administration, cost reporting and final account resolution.
Experience in core cost management in the sectors of residential, education and healthcare is advantageous as it is understanding contracts (JCT and NEC).
Must have a CSCS card, full UK driving license and a degree BSc or MSc in QS or cost management or similar construction related as preferred qualifications.
