Your new role
As a Project Manager you will be involved with all aspects of the project from taking in the brief, liaising with design team to create the design plan and assess any technicalities if issues that could occur further in the process, appoint trades teams and manage the project through to finish and handover to client.
The projects are mostly commercial and involve all aspects of fit out from M&E, utilities install through to turnkey handover.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of Project or Site Management of interior fit out projects ideally on commercial projects. You will understand and be able to contribute to the early stages of the projects including taking in design briefs and liaising with teams from start to finish including planning/design, trades and clients to ensure the project is delivered on time, budget and quality standard.
