Building Account Manager (TFM) based in Wolverhampton, £42-51K
Your new company
Your employer would be a large public sector organisation based in Wolverhampton. You would be working in the Estates and Facilities Directorate, responsible for liaising and networking Key stakeholders as required. This role is be based at one of the many company sites, but you will be working as part of a team responsible for the delivery of services across the whole network of buildings.
Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring all services meet contractual obligations, health safety and compliance requirements and will be the key contact/ responder for all Estates and Facilities service delivery. You will be managing the delivery of all services ensure efficient and compliant Hard and Soft FM. There will be budget management involved in the role, which is agreed upon annually. Some of the tasks you will undertake will be managing suppliers to ensure effective and safe delivery of all M&E related services and testing, carrying out regular building inspections, completing reports and initiating any required works and ensuring KPI's and SLAs are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a Higher National Certificate (HNC) or, Higher National Diploma (HND) Building/ Hospitality along with a Full City & Guilds Qualifications in a related trade. As a person you must be competent in Report writing and have experience operating Security, Fire and CCTV systems as well as knowledge of contract management, service level agreements and KPIs. In addition to this experience of managing budgets and financial resources and experience of leading and developing teams will be critical for this role.
For this role you will need a current clean full Driving Licence for manual cars for the level of travel between sites anticipated. Having a Membership of either or all the following professional qualifications would be desirable.
* The Institute of Maintenance and Building Management (IMBM)
* British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM)
* Membership of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
* CCTV Operators qualification (Public Surveillance) Statutory security Licence
