Your new role
You will be joining a regional team in Cambridge to work on a variety of interesting, innovative and complex projects. Mainly you will be doing QS projects and M&E cost management assessments in different projects within your team in residential, education and healthcare sector.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a self-motivated individual, preferably with consultancy or client organisation background. Larger construction or contracting will be considered.
Proven experience in providing full spectrum of cost management services including pre-contract estimating, procurement, contract administration, cost reporting and final account resolution.
Experience in core cost management in the sectors of residential, education and healthcare is advantageous.
Training and mentoring junior staff members
Understanding of contracts (JCT and NEC)
You will need to have a CSC card, full UK driving license.
Degree BSc or MSc in QS or cost management or similar construction related as preferred qualifications
