Permanent Site Manager job, Nottingham based site, Bespoke Housing, Up to £48k + Package

Your new company
You will be working for a regional housebuilder based in Nottingham. The company have a strong regional presence and a focus on quality of build. The company build to handover smaller volumes of houses each year. They currently have a settled team of experienced Site Managers and are looking to add to their operational team with a permanent Site Manager. The role may suit an Assistant that is looking to take a step up into Site Management or a more experienced individual that is looking for a change from the high paced volume housing world.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring the build is delivered to spec and on time, managing both direct and sub contract labour. You will need to monitor the health and safety on site and continue to keep all of the required documentation on site up to date. You will be able to take an active role in customer care and work closely with the commercial team to ensure the projects run to cost.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of Residential new build projects. The role will involve working on smaller volumes of houses but a focus on quality. The role may suit a candidate that has worked in PLC housing or is looking for a step up from Assistant level. You will require a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.
